Video: Messy Change

Most leaders come to change work looking for one thing.
The real work often takes them somewhere else.
That is where the results can begin.

Generally when they come to me, they're looking for change, although in many cases the change they're looking for is not the one that they start out with.

I often take people, places or companies or even departments, places where they didn't think they needed to go or wanted to go.

But when they get the results that they hadn't expected and when those results are something that we're all proud of, and it really makes a difference with people in their lives, it's worth the experience.
